What does the Boxing Boot camp consist of?

Every session will be slightly different to keep you guessing and challenged. The classes consist of non-contact boxing as well as boot camp style exercises. You will expect to see interval training, resistance exercises using body weight (e.g. squats and push ups) and equipment (such as resistance bands).

The classes are designed to sculpt the entire body, burn body fat to reveal a healthy mind and body.

Do I have to be fit?

The classes are designed for all levels of fitness. Fit ladies will still be challenged. Boxing Betty aims to progress our clients.

Are the programs safe & will I get hurt?

The programs are safe and effective. There is no body to body contact allowed. The programs are run by qualified personal trainers who have full insurance.

What if it rains?

Boxing Betty is committed to fitness so sessions will still run if there is light rain. In the event of light rain, please wear a waterproof jacket and cap. In cases of extreme weather, class will be cancelled for your health and safety. If you are ever unsure, please contact 0434 647 301.

How do I join?

You can register via our online form or through our page on MeetUp for automatic reminders. Please check out the timetable for session times. Unlike other boot camps, we have no membership or joining fees.

Ensure you consult your doctor if you have a medical condition.

Can boys join?

Boxing Betty offers a safe and respectful environment for all women including transgender and inter-sex.
